Oberon

Compared to EPO, version 8.0, module Oberon is changed as follows:

• command handling and module uploading is moved to module Cmds
• (task) handling and scheduling is moved to module Processes
• the garbage collector process is moved to its own module
• module System is not loaded

The main purposes of module Oberon are:

• implement the start-up sequence of the Outer Core
